Congrat's! I'm hoping for some eggs soon myself. I have some(4) 4-5 year olds that I have my fingers crossed on. Kinda laughed when I read your post that yours layed eggs this morning. I have a younger pair that is just under 3 years old. I have always had them caged individually all of their life and while cleaning cages last night, I found it easier to just stick one into the other cage while I cleaned the cage. The now known male immediately chased the other rio (now known female) around the cage and showed very aggressive mating behavior. I decided to just leave them together and sure enough I woke up this morning and found them locked up. The animals have never been cooled in their lives. I'm really doubting eggs given their age of under 3 yrs old and the fact that neither has been cooled. To my understanding that is necessary to make the sperm of the males potent. Guess you never know, but atleast I know now they are a definite pair and the male is a definite stud. I will post some pics of all soon.
