I have an adult leo and up until recently he has been eating crickets. A couple weeks ago I switched to mealworms (and he still sometimes gets crickets when I get those for my cresties, for a bit of variety) and he attacks the mealworms even more voraciously than the crickets.

I've noticed that he's become very plump-feeling lately (his tail looks fatter lately as well), but he's still very fiesty and feeding eagerly. I was just wondering if switching to mealworms that quickly can cause impaction? His poops are sort of smaller I think, but I'm not sure if I'm being paranoid. He's housed in a ten gallon tank (soon to be switched over to my spare 15 gallon once I get a good top) on paper towels with all the necessary stuff/hides/waterdish.
