Posted by: boxienuts at Thu Jul 1 12:19:57 2010 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by boxienuts ] Shannons suggestions are good, but just wanted to add that I usually try freshly killed guppies in a 1/2 plastic scoffle cup first, just because if they take that (and most do) then it makes my job feeding that much easier from the git go and I don't have to try to switch them over to dead non-moving stuff at some point because they have never known any different. Part of the reason I do that is I kill half the guppies anyway when I grab them out of the net with my fingers, so I just pinch them all and also that way they won't jump out of the plastic feeding cup and hide in the substate only to stink a few days later, lol.
