I remember back when I was around 13 or 14 I had big mixed enclosure set up with a group of spec's, a dwarf caiman, a dwarf croc, a brown caiman and a couple gators .. all were in the 3ft-4ft range.

The brown caiman was dog tame, my little buddy! He was trained to come in and or out of water, he would jump up on command to grab snacks from tongs ... he was a very cool caiman and I worked a lot with this paticular caiman, he also chilled on the couch and watched tv with me quit a bit

I went on a 2 week vacation to AZ to get my first field experiances with hots ... while I was gone my grandma was in charge of the crocs, she apparently thought the water smelled a bit so she decided to clean it out, she rigged up a noose for the crocs and went to work, I guess she cleaned it out a few times over that 2 week period. These crocs were all very mellow, used to being handled to some extent and had never experianced a noose or all the added stress.

When I came back, the encolsure smelled nice and pretty ... but my crocs were all quit aggressive, exspecially the brown caiman! Which sucked, that brown caiman never came around and never lost his attitude after that.
