so i have had my mhd for 2 and a half months and i have been able to handle her easily for that whole time, she was barely skiddish the first day i got her. as far as i know, she is 11 months, a year in august. i have her in a 6', 32" x 32" home built glass viv with a solid top , i keep it at regular temp ranges (79 Celsius at the top and 69 at the bottom) and proper humidity (near the water feature its around 70% usually). but to my question, the other day i brought her over to my grandparents house and had her outside for quite a while, i still kept her hydrated by bringing her spray bottle of dechlorinated water from home.i continued to carry her on my shoulder like i usually do but she started sketching out. so i brought her to a shady spot in their lawn and let her chill, she hid under my arm which usually means shes cold. so i took her over to the sun more and she started to bolt every chance she had. i then gave her a drink she happily accepted. she then bolted into some extremely dense bushes and it took me over half an hour to find her. and since then shes been acting very strange, like sleeping during the day, and hanging out almost submerged, and also making what ive heard described as mating behaviour, her only tankmates are some neon tetras that live in her "water dish". her colours are normal for when shes happy (green-orange-rust-beige) but sometimes she doesnt even recognize me. when i say recognize i mean she doesnt track my motion with her eye, she also hasnt [bleep] in 4 or 5 days, she hasnt eaten in 3 which is quite odd for her. and shes spending alot of time on the bottom of her tank now. i think she has an impaction but im not sure, i noticed what i think could be bruising on her abdomen (much darker patch of skin almost brown even when she changes her colour) but im not sure.
