I have a green frog that lost her tail about 2 months ago. her skin has gotten very pale and she's gone from eating almost 12 small crickets a day down to maybe 3 a day. Is the pale skin indicitave of imminent shedding like with snakes or is she sick? I couldn't find anything about pale skin in the book on frogs that I have.
The tank is a 10 gallon with maybe 4 gallons in it and lots of live plants with a hunk of wood for dry land. There's no water heater and the room temp is 70-75 degrees. I clean out the filter and change half the water every weekend. She's been eating small crickets dusted with calcium and multivitamin.
