That would not be correct.
You will not make whites.
Each offspring will have a 50% chance of being Purple and a 50% chance of being Lavender.

There is a second gene which is controlling the amino acids which are making an incomplete protein version of the protein melanin. That gene is functionally expressed in 3 variations. All variations can be predicted by the parental type. White to white make white, white to purple makes lav, lav to white makes both white and lav, lav to purple makes purple and lav, lav to lav makes all 3 (this is where the confusion started), and purple to purple makes purple.
