Five eggs began to hatch on 8/13/10. Last to emerge, 8/16, died before coming all of the way out: two-headed red phase. Body looked fully developed. Not all of the egg material had been absorbed. I had a similar Texas hatchling several years ago. Mullet Fingers and Michelle of Ohio, parents, now reside in the Memphis Zoo. Two siblings are now at the Hugh Taylor Birch State Park, Fort Lauderdale, FL.
