Is a Frilly for me?

Hi everyone!
I have been thinking about purchasing a large lizard, and I am really interested in frilled dragons. Providing the bugs and the enclosure space is no problem, but how hard is it to get the heat and humidity right? Are they friendly?
I have never kept a large lizard before, but I've had tree frogs, leopard geckos, snakes, salamanders, turtles, and a uromastyx. Do I have enough experience?
