I have 8 adult Solomon Island ground boas. 4 of them are probably 4-5 feet long and are way bigger than my other four adults. None of these bigger adults have spurs. Out of my four smaller adults 3 have spurs and 1 does not. Are the smaller ones (about 2 feet long) all males? Or are the smaller and bigger snakes different sub-species?
