I dont have much experience with takydromus sp.

but with my Podarcis I have seen females give each other little tail bites.

Podarcis females can be just as territorial as males (not sure if takydromus share this behavior) When mating Lacertids are super agressive- My male podarcis would bite a female on her stomach pick her up spin her around repeatedly until she was too worn out to get away from his mating attempts. It was so severe in several instances I had to break them up as he likely would have killed her. Not sure how much any of that applies to your situation though *shrugs*
