Check the temperatures in the rack, research this snakes habitat temperatures.Warming his environment will speed up his metabolism and make him hungry. Also, try to mimic the daylight cycle. Make sure the mouse is not to large, no bigger than the widest part of the snake. I'm not sure how much of this you already knew, but I hope this helps.
