IJ experts,

I know condition is more important than weight for breeding but I'm curious as to what parameter is followed more closely...weight or age? I understand females should be held from breeding until they are 2 or 3 years old, but at what weight should they be at this age? From what I understand, males should be held until they are 18 months old or about 750 grams?

I have a couple animals that I would consider borderline but others might consider ready to go. That being said, I'm curious to know how big (weight) your first year breeder males and females are.

Thanks in advance!
