How cold is too cold for rats?

I'm going to buy a shed and have thermostatically controlled ceramic heat or possibly heat trace. My question is what temps are optimum for rats to breed? I live in Las Vegas so it never gets too cold. I just need to know the temps to set my thermostat at. Thanks in advance
