You can buy frozen rodents, but you can NOT keep them in your freezer.

In my state, having frozen animals (irrelevant that they are food for another animal) in the freezer is positive proof that the FELONY crime of Animal Hoarding has occured.

Once a person has been found guilty of Animal Hoarding they can NEVER own, or have ANY contact with, any animals whatsoever for the rest of their lives. They cannot go to the zoo, or go to any animal performance (such as a circus or rodeo). If they so much as pet someone else's dog, then they must spend more time in jail.
