Hey Darcy,

I think you've got the right idea on size requirements, in general dart frogs prefer more horizontal space than vertical. A tank to match the size of your stand would be enough for a small group. Females are more territorial in certain groups such as Tincs, but given enough space you would be fine with multiple females. Generally they don't get overly aggressive without the presence of a male. You don't want to mix multiple species of frogs in one tank, they can interbreed creating "morphs" which is considered a no no. In my own opinion I've always found that one species of frog per tank is more than satisfying anyway. For more information and care related articles check out www.dendroboard.com
