My new rhino

A month ago I got a rhino iguana she is about 3'. I am currently feeding her Mazuri tortoise diet and a mix of collard, mustard,turnip greens, green beans, yellow bell pepper,yellow squash, and strawberries. But I'm not seeing alot of stool in her cage. Is she eating it possibly because she is lacking something in her diet?
