I believe rolling the eggs within 24 hours of them being laid is ok. At this point, since you don't know how long ago the eggs were lain before you found them, or even if you rolled them, there isn't any way to know they are still good.
Keep incubating and see if the eggs develop. I also suggest you check for eggs in 2 weeks from the time you found them..then every day after that as additional clutches are laid withing 2-4 weeks of eachother. If you have more than one female in the cage, you may have to keep checking every day now, till you find a second pair of eggs. Typically though, if you look at the underside of the gecko you can see eggs through the belly...appearing as large ovals. ----- PHLdyPayne
