Good luck to you SoLa, you are treading on thin ice...she must be a pretty good sport inspite of doing something you both regret...

In my limited experience, eggs seem more resilient to cooler than ideal rather than hotter...but of course we don't know the extremes they experienced. I had a similar fiasco with eggs last season, sometime "stuff" happens and in my case, I just hired the wrong guy, he just does not think animal husbandry...
