Just am wondering, if you buy an Eastern within your own state which allows you to skip the permit process, how do you prove that to authorities if it ever came down to it and you needed to show proof? Is just a paypal receipt going to be enough? Anyone ever have something like that happen to them? Just am curious as it came up in a convo I had and I hadn't ever really thought about how that would work if a freak case came up like that.
