Keeping them with balls? Oh, that's the foundation of herpetology. Put different species together, let one kill the other, then write a paper about it! Good stuff right there buddy. LOL, yeah you can keep Dumerils in a rack system. Some will eventually outgrow most racks if you end up with animals from a bigger line. However, I have some adult females that have bred inside a 28qt. tub with plenty of room. Something along the lines of a CB70 would be more adequate most of the time however. For more info on the ball/dumerils reference scroll the forum and you'll find it. Basically-dumerils killed ball, owner took out ball but put it back in to see if the dumerils would eat it. The dumerils did eat it, but then regurged. Then he claimed to be the be all end all of reptile keepers, justifying the behavior by pointing fingers at other "big" (yet not named) keepers that do the same thing "all the time". That old song and dance. Enjoy if you look for it. PEACE!
