I saw a thread on another forum where he used 1/2" PVC sheets and traditional wood joinery. Sliding dovetails to assemble the carcasses and rabbeted out the back and front of the carcasses to put in the panels. He used #6 flat head self tapping screws to secure it all once assembled. A router with a 1/4" dovetail and 1/4" rabbeting bit and you're in business. ----- BigT There is a difference between ignorance and stupidity.
