Posted by: venom_vixen at Sat May 21 22:48:48 2011 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by venom_vixen ] i have a milk snake that copulated for the last time about 2 weeks ago. the male was removed and not put back in yet, because hes in shed. not long after i noticed the females vent looked swollen and shes begun to thicken on the lower portion of her body, not by alot but its visual. ok im new to this, so here is my question....all the material i have read says a gravid snake refuses food...she is still accepting food...does that mean i should wait and place the male back in beacuse it didnt take, or do some snakes eat during gravid periods, or eat until the last week or so? any help with my question would be greatly appreciated...thank you [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Show Entire Thread ] | ||
