ok thanks!
I am wondering why I don't see many pictures and stories of people with their large egyptians. I like this species but the lack of ownership and pictures on the web make me wonder how well these do in captivity.

I would love to see people holding their egyptians and what the real average size can be expected as well as how well they really do in captivity. I see on the web that they can reach lengths of 3 ft. I somehow doubt that there are a lot of those in the US. Is 2 ft the norm??or less??

A few years ago I saw a large uromastyx at an animal show, over two feet but I have yet to see one since. The guy that had it said it was a rescue.

any additional info would be apprieciated
thanks
