I have bought some blue babies before that were being kept by wholesalers in inadequate housing with no UVB lighting, etc. When I placed them outside in direct sunlight and they recovered they turned into normal greens. Not saying that there are not blue common iguanas out there but blue in a baby iguana can mean that it has been starved of essential and adequate care. If their bellies are green, this could be the case.
