As with the growth of my retics, and planning on building some new cages, I was surfing the web and came across a site called ReticulatedPython.Info. On the site they cover cages and said some larger retics do better in smaller cages. I realize we are still talking about a large cage compared to a boa, but do others find this to be ture? I was going to build a 8'X 4'X 2' cage for a 12 footer. Would that be too large? They were comparing the cage to a hide box. As the python would feel more secure in a smaller cage.
