Sceloporus incubation conditions?

I was on a job today and somebody found a clutch of eggs in a pile of sand that was about to be turned into concrete. I'm assuming that they are some sort of sceloporus eggs based on the high number of them I see all day long in the area. I was hoping somebody could help me out with a how to hatch tutorial.
