Actually i took that pic looking down from the top of the cut and the light below is Nathan H. shining a flashlight up. It is a lousy pic but i'm glad i got an insitu of my first alterna. I should rephrase that because it was actually the 3rd in 10 minutes. The first was at the other end of the cut about 15 ft. up. A nice light blairs. We only got to see it for a few secs. before it went down a hole in the cut and never came back out. The second was in a large hole in the cut a few ft off the ground and something had been eating it. We retrieved the body for a pic. I don't know if it was a dor that was dragged into the cut or if it was killed on the cut. Decided to walk that cut one more time and saw what looked like a shadow climbing down the cut. It was a great night. Here is a pic of the chewed up alterna.
