My first clutch of black tailed cribos started hatching yesterday. 15 eggs were laid on 4/7, which I incubated in my converted refrigerator/incubator on moistened perlite at 75-76 degrees for what looks like about 107 days. None of the eggs died during incubation, so hopefully they'll all hatch. Four are out so far with 11 left to go. The ones that have emerged so far are vigorous, beautiful, and quite calm for baby black tails. I'm super excited about them to say the least. Attached are a few crummy pictures that I took before I separated them.
Hope everyone is having a good season.
