Posted by: lismil at Tue Aug 2 22:34:24 2011 [ Report Abuse ] [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by lismil ] I was just wondering if anyone knows if there is a list, or could tell me all the geckos that eat fruits. I used to live in another state, and had many different types of geckos. I had to sell them all when I moved across the country. I now live in a very small town, and the closest pet store is an hour and a half away. I miss geckos soooooo much, as they were a big chunk of my life. Because its difficult to get crickets here, I recently bought some crested geckos to get back in the hobby. (because I can feed them crested gecko diet, and only give crickets as treats when I get the chance). I was pretty much under the impression that Rhacodactylus, and day geckos were the only geckos that could survive off fruit diets, but today, I discovered there are more. So, if anyone knows of a list of geckos that can survive off fruit mix diets, could you please lead me in the right direction, because I sooo want to get back into the gecko hobby [ Reply To This Message ] [ Subscribe to this Thread ] [ Hide Replies ]
