We have started a face book page as well as a face book group for the event. I just updated the web site for the event today.
It is coming along very well and is a going to be a great event, i would erge everybody whether you can attend or not to help out. We have about 20 people so far that has offered to help but it will take a much more to host an event this size. We have great lectures, a great cause and the best thing of it all it benefits everybody that enjoys herping. We are trying to work it out to do live internet feeds of the lectures and one on one interviews with the speakers as well as other attendees. So even if you cant make it if all goes well you will be able to attend the event via an internet connection. (pending band width of sanderson)
Take a look at the web site and the lecturers involved i think you can find something to interest you, i am in contact with others for a few more guest speekers and would like input and ideas.
