Crested geckos are primarily fruit/nectar eaters in the wild, so this needs to be the basis of their diet rather than insects if you want a healthy gecko. I'd recommend feeding one of the premixed powder-based diets you mix with water- either the Repashy or Clarks Crested Gecko Diets, as these are properly balanced and supplemented specifically for Crested Geckos. Some people use supplemented baby food, but you really need to research and know what you're doing in regards to supplementation, and baby food bases are really, really high in sugar so I personally avoid it and won't feed baby food to my colony at all.
I also feed dusted, gutloaded crickets a few times a week, and I do it in a separate kritter keeper to make sure that no crickets escape and remain in the enclosure (risk of bites) and reduce the risk of impaction should a clumsy crestie bite and swallow something else in their enclosure while chasing a cricket.
