Very nice boa.
Like others said, if you don't know it's history you simply cannot know its locality. What you have is a really nice non-locality rosy.

The jagged stripes show some coastal influence for sure, but they can look like that throughout most of the coastal range, and deep into the intergrade zone where coastals and deserts meet.

The orange on your snake is really nice, and reminds me of a nice San Gabe as well... But pretty much all coastal localities produce some individuals with really nice orange like that. Within the same population there are dark ones and light ones.

This pair were found within about 20 feet of each other, on the same day.
