Dan.. down where I'm at it would be rare to see Indigo snakes breeding prior to Christmas week, it's early yet. . Here's a photo to tide you over.. .
 . I did see (and miss) something special.. A monster, world record looking, six foot Ruthven's whip-snake.. glowing satiny purple and big around as a silver dollar! Jeez was I hot to photo that snake! .. It was fully charged and burned me rather easily, I admit.. Here's a file photo of a nice five-footer.. .
