Looks like a very nice jungle carpet to me. I would not use the UVB light as pythons are nocturnal. They do not use UVB and it can be damaging to their eyes. Under tank heating is your best heat source for constrictors as over head lighting tends to dry out humidity. Radiant heat panels are said to be a good over head heat provider.
