Greetings All,

On this trip to Nicaragua, Alan Brutosky, Don Bordner, and I (Paul Bodnar) discovered a 6 foot & 2 inch, dead on the road Drymarchon species. Pictures will be posted at a later date. The snake was a solid light brownish-pink color. The whole body and head had zero black marks of any type. The tail and under belly was a pinkish color. No black eye streaks. It does not look like any other Drymarchon we have ever seen...and it was uniform colored like an Olive Python. Several head (showing scales)and body pictures were taken of this freshly road killed specimen. At the very least it is a localized form of a unicolor and at the most it may be an undescribed species!

Truly,

Paul Bodnar
