Looks good man, depending if he is very small (less than 3.5-4" body length) that might be slightly too large but he should be fine. I prefer keeping chameleons either with nothing on the bottom or newsprint, paper towels, something that wont be ingested by the animal when he strikes for prey and is very easy to clean out, since the less time u have mess around with the animal in cleaning the better. Just be sure to keep the UVB and calcium/vitamin supplementation up. looks good tho man i want an enclosure like that! good luck!
