Here's a long shot.

There is a regular reptile show in Hamm Germany. March is the next one I think. There are a number of US reptile guys that bring, and take back animals to and from the show.

There must also be someone from where you are that will be attending and can move reptiles to that show.

You still need to find an American who can bring back your boas and then they can ship them to your US address.

A really long way around, and it still will be expensive, but no where near the traditional export costs associated with just two snakes.
