Well this might not be what you expect to hear but Caiman Lizards are not has hard to keep as people have said. The new batch of farm raised ones are very similar to keeping a tegu.

To answer your question really fast, i would say 6 feet long, 3 feet wide and 4 feet tall in min for a female; ideally 8 long, 4 wide and 5 tall for one or two. I currently got a pair and I am looking to build one like that. As for water ratio, that is a coin flip really. Some people have had happy and healthy caiman lizards with a deep pond (2 feet or deeper). Others have had great luck with a large but shallow pound (kind of like how people set-up water monitors). I am looking to get a pond set-up in the cage, not too deep but also deep enough so they can completely submerge and dive.
