I am guessing she is overweight too.

It is my feeling they get clouded eyes from "cholesterol" because they are overfed on a very nutritious food source. The body just runs out of space to store the excess fats.

Treefrogs can go quite a long time without food if they start the fast overweight. The animal is imprinted on crix as this has been the sole food nearly her entire life. To get them to eat other stuff, you need to get her actually hungry. I say hungry, not just "ready to eat" due to a schedule. You'll know when she is actually hungry as she will do a lot more roaming around. This is foraging behaviour and is a clear sign the animal is ready to pounce on any prey. However, the crix must be withheld entirely. It may take a month (or more) before she accepts alternative insects.

Try silkworms too.
