I suggest, skip the kiwi stuff and feed exclusively the crested gecko diet, especially if its the T-Rex/Rapeshy super diet which is designed exclusively for crested geckos. Your guy is badly suffering from calcium deficiency so a vet visit to get him calcium injected into his bloodstream would be helpful.

Young crested geckos should be fed every evening, all they can eat in the evening and any uneaten removed in the morning. As yours needs calcium I would actually mix some extra ultra fine calcium into the crested gecko diet to give him a boost. A pinch per tablespoon of mixed diet (use the calcium powder without d3)
