What I do is put the quantity of crickets that you are going to feed out at one time and put them in a plastic bag or the one they came in, then I put some powered calcium in the bag (Rep-Cal) calcium, close the bag and shake it up and then put the crickets in with my geckos. Cuddle fish bone will not do good at all for the cricket shaking, you need that powdered calcium mentioned above, because it is such a fine powder.

I also keep a small dish with extra calcium in it for them to lick as they need more and they love it. For this, I do use cuttle fish bone all crushed up. What I do is to take a pocket knife and I shave it of onto a plate and then use my fingers and smash it a little more on the plate so as not to get any chunks, and it works fine and they really like it.

Take Care
