I'll give my opinion whether you want it or not, lol..

Ball pythons have got to be the most shy snake on the planet. IMO, that is one snake that seems to make the sweaterbox valid as a snake cage. They love low-height cages. They seem to prefer to think they are in a hole. Makes sense. In West Africa they spend 99% of the time in holes.

I really like Vision cages. I just think ball pythons do best in low-height, opaque containers. Racks are a really good thing with ball pythons. There are some 3 and 4 drawer ball python-sized racks available that cost as much as 2 Vision cages if paying shipping on the Visions. Food for thought. Vision makes amazing racks, but unfortunately they do not have adult racks with just 3-4 levels (the 10 or whatever level is expensive, unless you expect to have lots of ball pythons down the road).

Your boa on the other hand will be fine in either of those Vision models.
