small snake moving question

Hello,

I recently got three dekayi snakes and put them in an enclosure with sand that was originally for hermit crabs. I need to move them onto repti bark, but I just fed one a nightcrawler and was wondering how long I should wait until I move them. I cannot see a visible bulge in the snake from the worm.
