Amazons only need an ambient cage temp in the low to mid 80s, preferably with a hot spot for basking near 90, even though they spend most of their time on the floor of the cage. Your heat emitter should be thermostat controlled. It is , right? Also your humidity is fine now. You only need high humidity when you have one in shed. Even then you can move it to a smaller enclosure like a sweaterbox so you can really keep it wet and humid til it sheds. I've kept and bred ATBs for many years. They are very hardy animals so don't be concerned if your temps or humidity vary a little. Hope this helps.
