He gave folks the option to either put it all out here or to PM him if they did not want the info to be seen by all. Not everyone is keen on admitting failures or talking about their success in a public forum.

I get what you are saying but not everything need to be aired on a public forum.

What the OP is doing is a good idea. Looking to compile data will be of benefit wether the original information is written on a forum or not.
