Sorry, I feed my Uro dry lentil seeds...not the sprout. I read the sprouts of any kind are very low in nutrients in general. I feed my Uro things like mustard green, collard green, dandelion green, escarole and endive. those are the healthy greens that you can use as a base diet and you can throw other greens (like kale, chards, nappa cabbage and arugulas) and hard veggies in occasionally.
