It's a pink Russian tortoise... female. It was painted... which does not hurt the tortoise in any way.

I'm willing to bet the owner is frantic looking for their pet.

(please don't pass judgement)

>>Hi all,
>>This guy was found in a suburban neighborhood in North Texas. Clearly the victim of an inconsiderate young artist at some point, he seems otherwise healthy. Can any of you please help with an ID? Thanks!
