Hi, that`s not a very good read at all in my opinion, they advise a basking spot of 40c (105f), which is much too low, the surface temp should be between approx 50 to 60c (120 to 140f). Also, if whole vertebrate prey such as rodents, birds, fish, etc are fed, no dietary supplements are needed, neither is UVB exposure.
