Was it on 349 or was it on 90 in front of prairie creek cuts? We (lance and I) were in the area on Saturday night but im not sure of the exact time. I know we were "around" 90/349 travelling back in to Sanderson but several BP vehicles were running the highway and we got pulled over literally inside the town of Dryden about that time.
